GROUND TRUTHING 'Sound of Wood' Ground Truthing is best described as a roving group of musicians who sometimes come together to make music. Ground Truthing has to date one album (currently in the works of being released independently) that was recorded in an improvised fashion one weekend in an industrial warehouse in vancouver, canada. with instrumentation that includes three different vocalists, trumpet, violin, guitar, vibraphone, drums, bass, handbells and other percussive objects. Ground Truthing possesses a unique, unpolished sound born from late night rehearsal sessions between three people who simply love to play music together. cinematic and ephemeral, Ground Truthing continues - when it's possible - to create new music in sporadic, often spontaneous ways.
